2.1 Drawing up an inventory
A detailed inspection of the building is carried out, along with a survey of the various items of equipment. An inventory of the premises in terms of thermal performance and energy consumption in general will also identify sources of loss and failure (heating appliances, ventilation, domestic consumption, lighting, etc.).
The inventory of fixtures must include :
a description of the building and an assessment of its architectural, urban and landscape features, as well as its suitability for use by occupants;
control of plant operation using appropriate investigative tools (ventilation rate, setpoint temperature, indoor humidity, average lighting, infiltrometry...
