INTRODUCTION
The purpose of the regulatory energy audit is to guide building owners in their choice of energy renovation work, and to enable them to comply with the new law, particularly in the case of the rental or sale of a very energy-intensive property classified as F or G.
This audit should enable owners of this type of energy-intensive housing to benefit from work scenarios to improve their energy and environmental performance, in addition to the DPE.
