6.1 Don't confuse regulatory audit and DPE
The two diagnoses differ mainly in their format and the level of detail of their analysis. The regulatory audit complements the DPE, which is designed to assess the energy and environmental performance of the home, by increasing performance class. The regulatory energy audit, on the other hand, is much more precise, taking into account all the specific features of the building and aiming to present work scenarios to improve its performance.
