Water law

The water law or heating curve is a principle for modifying the heating water temperature as a function of the outside temperature.

Tertiary Decree

The tertiary sector decree is a regulatory obligation that commits all players in the tertiary sector to energy efficiency. It applies to owners and tenants of one or more buildings in which tertiary activities are carried out.

BACS decree

The main measure of the BACS decree is to make it compulsory to install automation and control systems in new and existing non-residential tertiary buildings.
