It's essential to take occupants' needs into account, to avoid a total rejection of the approach on their part. By way of comparison, they can be likened to "living" sensors capable of providing information that complements the data generated by actuators and technical sensors. Technical actions have their limits when it comes to efficiency, productivity and, above all, responsibility.
