1. What is an electric or plug-in hybrid vehicle?

In Europe, 60% of CO 2 emissions from road transport come from individual cars, the majority of which are internal combustion models. To accelerate the "greening" of the car fleet, the French government has introduced social leasing, which appears to be a solution to facilitate access to electric vehicles, recognized as less polluting. There are currently two main families of electric vehicle (EV) on the market, and it's important to be familiar with both before making your choice.
