6. How to finance the various installations?
In 2024, individuals wishing to build an IRVE can benefit from the following grants.
Tax credit: deducts part of the costs incurred from your taxes. The amount is often set at 75% of expenditure (purchase plus installation), but is capped at €500.
VAT at a reduced rate of 5.5%: this aid applies to the installation and maintenance of bollards.
The Advenir bonus: this subsidy is valid for the installation of a charging station in a condominium. It can be worth up to €600, or cover up to 50% of the purchase and installation costs (excluding VAT).
Assistance from local authorities: we recommend that you contact your local town hall. Some local authorities offer additional assistance.
