3.1 Use kWh cumac for CEE valuation

Cumac is the unit used to calculate EEC premiums. The abbreviation cumac comes from the contraction of the words "cumulated" and "discounted". It refers to the unit of qualification of a kWh for calculating energy-saving certificates (CEE). The kilowatt-hour (kWh) is the unit used to measure the amount of energy consumed by a 1,000-watt appliance (i.e. 1 kW) over the course of an hour. The cumac, on the other hand, is used to calculate energy-saving certificates (CEE) and to determine the financial value of one kWh of energy saved.
