5. Recovering CEE company bonuses
To qualify for a CEE premium, certain conditions must be met. To be eligible, a company must submit a CEE application demonstrating a minimum volume of 50 GWh cumac for standardized operations. For specific operations, on the other hand, the required volume is 20 GWh cumac.
Your application must be accompanied by an estimate drawn up by an RGE professional (recognized as an environmental guarantor). Your energy supplier will then analyze your application to check whether it is eligible for CEE. Once your application has been approved, the company will receive a letter of commitment, enabling the work to begin.
Once the work has been completed, you'll need to complete a file requested by the energy supplier. This must include all supporting documents, such as a declaration of honor, invoices, etc. It's up to your supplier to submit the file...
