5. Test and inspection plan
The inspection and test plan (PCE) is an essential part of the documentation attached to a project and its execution; it is specific to a structure and is required from EXC2 class onwards.
It enables :
the designer to question the project, particularly in terms of the associated risks (human, economic, environmental, etc.);
the manufacturer to question its production methodology in terms of its ability to meet CCE requirements.
The ECP must specify the inspection or test procedures: means to be used (equipment, access, etc.), location of inspections (accessibility), scope of inspections, criteria to be met.
