13. Conclusion

When it comes to quality in general, and of course this also applies to systems and software, there are always two lines of investigation:

• a process-oriented vision ;

• an axis of vision oriented according to the products delivered.

In this article, we focus solely on the software product axis. The software engineering process is covered in [H 4 028] .
