8. ISO/IEC 25021 standard – November 2012

The standard has been published under the title Systems and software engineering – Systems and software Quality Requirements and Evaluation (SQuaRE) –– Quality measure elements.

This edition of the document was published in 2012.

This document provides standardized definitions of all the concepts and terms used in the measurement and assessment process. It also includes a model guide for presenting the results of a Quality Measure Element (QME).

A QME report should contain four parts (table 5 ):

• QME identification ;

• what is QME ;

• how to measure QME ;

• QME application management.
