The standard was published under the title Systems and software engineering – Systems and software quality requirements and evaluation (SQuaRE) – Evaluation reference model and guide (Systems and software engineering – Systems and software Quality Requirements and Evaluation (SQuaRE) – Evaluation process).
A first edition of the document was published in 2011. This document is therefore a second edition.
The process of evaluating the quality of a software product includes input elements, the output of results, and the consideration of constraints and resources (figure 13 ).
