1.1 Communicating with employees
In the sense of ISO 9001:2015, communication with employees is geared more towards imparting knowledge and understanding, as ISO 9001:2015 states in Chapter 5 Leadership and commitment, "[...] communicating the importance of having an effective quality management system and complying with the requirements associated with that system [...]".
The chapters on skills and awareness, where the emphasis is on the relevance of the objectives defined for each person (see 7.3 Awareness in ISO 9001:2015), are therefore important. Relevance is the key word, because without it, you won't be able to give meaning to your employees' missions, in line with the orientations defined to perpetuate/develop your organization.
