2.1 The right information for the right person

To ensure that the entire organization is involved, it may be a good idea to define, for each process, the people in charge of communications within their scope (process managers, department managers, etc.) and to rely on a reference person (communications manager, internal communications manager, for example) to ensure consistency of formatting, syntax, respect for the values promoted by the company, etc.
