2. Set up conditions to control outsourced processes

To achieve control over outsourced processes, you can intervene at several levels:

  • by working on the process description (cf. ISO 9001, chapter 4.4.1 and ISO 14001, chapter 4.4) and identifying interactions with other processes in your system (cf. Implementing the process approach [FIC 0487] );

  • by completing this description with an analysis of the risks and opportunities applied to the process in question (see ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, chapter 6.1) (see Using a SWOT matrix
