3. How do you create interest and buy-in within your company?

There's no doubt about it: it's important that the quality approach arouses the interest of the company's players, and that they buy into it! These are two essential conditions for the success of the approach in terms of measurable positive effects on product quality and customer satisfaction.

To achieve this, it will be necessary to explain and communicate, but even more so to listen to and involve those working in the field, so that they participate in the construction of the quality management system.

Encouraging participation and encouraging expression and feedback are necessary, but not sufficient, conditions for anchoring the quality approach in company practices and achieving the expected results.
