INTRODUCTION
The function of quality manager, which is no longer a requirement of ISO 9001 since its 2015 version, remains an indispensable function in many companies, as soon as the organization reaches a certain size (of the order of 50 people). Below this size, the traditional division of the function's activities between management and a few key positions prevails.
