2. Integrate quality objectives into individual interviews
The individual interview is a privileged moment with the employee when subjects such as know-how and interpersonal skills can be discussed. Listening to the employee and exchanging ideas with him or her provides opportunities for improvement.
It's important to formalize the objectives for the coming period for each of the subjects discussed that have highlighted a point for improvement, so that you can measure the progress made during the next interview.
