INTRODUCTION
As part of the operation of a quality management system (QMS) adopting the requirements of ISO 9001, it is necessary :
identify the knowledge and skills needed to implement processes, achieve product and service conformity, and ensure QMS effectiveness;
identify the need to develop or acquire skills and knowledge, and take appropriate action;
evaluate the effectiveness of the actions implemented.
