3. Animating the magazine

It may seem natural to entrust the project manager with the task of coordinating the project, but this is not always a good idea. It can sometimes be a good idea to have someone with more cross-functional responsibility (a project manager, a technical coordinator, etc.) take the lead. In this case, the project manager must have prepared the materials with the designated facilitator and/or taken the time to brief him/her, explaining them in detail.

A project review can be carried out in an infinite number of ways. Here is an example of a relatively common and effective procedure, which you are free to use as a source of inspiration.
