4. Writing a report
You'll note that the tracking table of objectives and associated actions, updated and completed during the meeting, constitutes a complete report of the meeting. Distribute it and keep it.
If the decisions taken significantly amend the project, update its presentation (this will be done for the next review) and distribute it too.
