1. Planning project reviews

You're responsible for projects. You have planned the actions and milestones, and scheduled project reviews. For projects involving the design of new products or services, we call them design reviews, in line with a requirement of ISO 9001 (§ 8.3.b).

We define a project as a process aimed at achieving a specific result by implementing coordinated, planned activities. The project ends when the result is achieved. It is a single process (the term "process" is used here in the ISO 9000 sense).

This sheet deals with design projects, the deliverable of which is a file of detailed specifications for the product or service so that it can be produced. It also deals with projects whose object includes the realization of the designed product or service, or which consist in engineering an industrial installation or equipment, right up to its commissioning......
