2. Preparing the project review

Prepare three supports.

2.1 A general presentation of the project

  • What: recall the purpose of the project, what is at stake for the interested parties, and the essential objectives. It must be concise. It must be kept up to date: if important events have changed the main objectives, these events must be recalled and the changes explained.

  • How: a PowerPoint presentation.

  • Who: the project sponsor or project manager.
