In preparation for the management system's management review, or at another steering committee meeting, it may be useful to gather the following information in order to fine-tune the planning of audits to be carried out:
feedback from stakeholders, such as customer complaints or difficulties in the supply chain;
previous year's audits and associated results;
any changes that have occurred ;
updating identified risks and opportunities;
the practices of the certification body, where applicable, and the associated results.
