1. Gather useful information

In preparation for the management system's management review, or at another steering committee meeting, it may be useful to gather the following information in order to fine-tune the planning of audits to be carried out:

  • feedback from stakeholders, such as customer complaints or difficulties in the supply chain;

  • previous year's audits and associated results;

  • any changes that have occurred ;

  • updating identified risks and opportunities;

  • the practices of the certification body, where applicable, and the associated results.
