3.1 Identify the profiles and positions of company employees

It's important to identify key employees. These are people who, through their functions and expertise, are the repository of some of the company's vital knowledge and skills. Their possible departure is a risk to be taken into account, with the associated preventive measures to be determined.

Examples
  • Case 1: a young engineer in a key technical or managerial position with no particular ties to the company is a profile to which attention should be paid. This type of profile often has career progression or job diversity aspirations that the company needs to pay attention to, so as not to discover them too late, a few weeks or months...
