4. What application opportunities are there?

4.1 Take stock of knowledge within the company

Meeting this ISO 9001:2015 requirement is an excellent opportunity to take stock of the company's organizational knowledge. As mentioned above, "organizational knowledge" means "knowledge specific to the organization", which can include elements of the company's culture, knowledge of the customer panel, their habits, their unspoken expectations, privileged contacts, relationships between the company and its suppliers, relationships with relevant interested parties, specific technical knowledge, results of improvements made to processes, products and services... In short, all specific information used and shared internally to achieve the company's objectives.
