3.1 Take into account employees' needs and desires

The management of multi-skilling is part of a wider project for the forward-looking management of jobs and skills (GPEC). Even if management is at the origin of this project, we must not forget to take into account staff aspirations.

The desire to increase versatility must not be at the expense of individual motivation and recognition. On the contrary, build on employees' desires and value this multi-skilling (career development, remuneration, bonuses, internal mobility, employability, etc.).
