5.1 Don't overlook design modification requests
This could have a negative impact on the dynamic development of your products, services or projects. Inadequately followed-up requests can discourage customers from reporting their opinions and wishes, and ultimately damage their loyalty.
In all cases, it is advisable to keep customers and other requesters informed of the status of their requests (taken into account immediately, postponed, not taken into account as they stand) and, where appropriate, to inform them of planned product or service developments.
