1.1 Insufficient documentary and declarative registration with Datadock

Training providers (henceforth known as OPACs) work with individual customers and/or private and/or public organizations. In France, these customers may finance the services themselves, or receive funding from public and mutualized funds (regions, Caisse des dépôts, OPCO, Pôle Emploi, Agefiph...).
