4. Monitor, measure, analyze and evaluate

Once the quality management system has been set up and implemented, the quality manager verifies the conformity and effectiveness of the processes, and then of the quality management system as a whole.

To do this, it takes a fact-based approach and focuses on :

• define relevant indicators with process managers (see How to define relevant indicators to measure system performance? [FIC 0341] ) ;

• carry out internal audits
