2. Define role in QMS implementation

Before setting up a QMS, the quality manager can take stock and carry out internal audits [FIC 0343] of all the company's departments: sales, production, administration, purchasing, human resources, customer relations, and so on. This will give him/her an overall view of the organization and its level of compliance with applicable standards, customer and regulatory requirements.

The quality manager can then develop a quality system, in collaboration with the other operational managers.

It thus contributes to the definition of the quality management...
