6.1 Don't limit yourself to one classification method
ISO/TS 22004:2005 and specialized literature suggest various methods for classifying control measures as PRP, PRPo or HACCP plan.
A comparative exercise, with the first classification cases, can help you choose the most appropriate or build one.
Pragmatism and common sense are essential, along with a global view of the approach. There may be no CCP at all, and conversely, there cannot be a large number of CCPs.
