3. Regulatory obligations applicable to NC facilities

Under the legislation governing classified facilities, only activities subject to a specific regime (declaration, registration or authorization) are covered by specific provisions adopted under this law, which regulate the conditions of :

  • commissioning the system ;

  • system operation ;

  • final shutdown of the plant.

As your activities are not classifiable, these provisions do not apply to your plant.
