waste: general principles (non-mixing, recovery if possible...), hazardous waste management (tracking slips, control of disposal channels, tracking register...), non-household packaging waste management (recovery), transport... ;
boilers: annual maintenance check, efficiency and energy performance check, possibly atmospheric emissions check;
refrigeration systems: regular leak checks on equipment containing refrigerants;
water: conditions for water abstraction and discharge, with the possibility of setting up...
