5. System operation

During the life of the plant, general environmental regulations remain applicable, even if you are not subject to the regulations governing classified facilities.

These are primarily regulations relating to :

  • waste: general principles (non-mixing, recovery if possible...), hazardous waste management (tracking slips, control of disposal channels, tracking register...), non-household packaging waste management (recovery), transport... ;

  • boilers: annual maintenance check, efficiency and energy performance check, possibly atmospheric emissions check;

  • refrigeration systems: regular leak checks on equipment containing refrigerants;

  • water: conditions for water abstraction and discharge, with the possibility of setting up...
