Reading and understanding the ICPE nomenclature

The ICPE nomenclature classifies installations, according to thresholds defined by decree, into different regimes:

• Declaration (D), sometimes subject to periodic inspection (DC);

• E registration system;

• Authorization (A), sometimes accompanied by Servitudes (AS).
