4. Analyze the risks
4.1 Phase 1- APR
Risk analysis is generally initiated by means of a preliminary risk analysis (PRA). According to the IEC-300-3-9 standard (IEC 300-3-9 "Management of operational safety", 1995), preliminary risk analysis (PRA) "is a hazard identification and frequency analysis technique that can be used in the early phases of design to identify hazards and assess their criticality".
