As the operator of a classified facility subject to authorization under the terms of a prefectoral decree, in what circumstances can I apply for a declaration receipt?

The prefectoral decree is drafted according to the principle of integration, which means that it regulates not only authorized activities, but also ancillary activities, whether classifiable or not. So if you operate a classified facility subject to authorization and a number of declared facilities, the initial prefectoral decree is intended to regulate them all, and the authorization application will incorporate the declaration. So there's no need to apply to the authorities for a declaration receipt.
