3. What are the registration documents?

3.1 Ministerial order of general prescriptions

Just as there are ministerial decrees setting out general requirements for declared facilities, the legislator has created ministerial decrees for ICPEs subject to registration.

These decrees are based on a similar model to the "declaration" decrees; however, their content is more restrictive insofar as the installations are supposed to present more risks for the environment.

Once again, only facilities subject to registration are required to apply the provisions of the decree.
