4. What documents does the authorization system require?

4.1 Prefectoral operating authorization order

The "arrêté préfectoral d'autorisation d'exploiter" is issued to the operator by the prefect following an authorization application procedure (see Understanding the different stages of the authorization procedure [FIC 0054] ).
