5. Our advice

5.1 Inform employees, especially those working in your plant's classified facilities, of administrative acts and regulations issued by the authorities.

It's important to make your employees - particularly those who come into contact with classified products, equipment or facilities, whatever their status - aware of the technical requirements to be met in order to prevent chronic and accidental risks to the environment.

In order to meet this awareness-raising requirement, it is useful to communicate to them (by posting signs at certain points of passage, for example, or during awareness-raising sessions) the various administrative acts issued by the prefect, to which it is imperative to attach the technical specifications, whether these come from a prefectoral...
