1. Which documents for which plans?

The legislator has defined different classification regimes in the nomenclature of classified installations, depending on the seriousness of the nuisance that the activities may cause. There are five different regimes (from declaration to authorization with restrictions).

Each regime has its own reference document regulating development and operating conditions. These contain general and/or specific regulations, the level of which is adapted to the nuisance caused by the facility.
