6. What is the procedure for relocating your activities?
The transfer of a classified facility to a new location is always subject to a new procedure (authorization, registration or declaration), as is any new commissioning. If the operator transfers a classified activity to or within an industrial site, he must notify the Prefect of this change in activity (see above).
