INTRODUCTION
At this stage of the operating review, a summary of your plant's operation has been drawn up, analyzing, over the ten-year period selected, its operation, technical and regulatory compliance, and performance in relation to the best available techniques (BATs). You are now asked to list compensatory measures, this step corresponding to the fourth part of your operating report.
What should this section contain?
Where to find information?
If future developments in prevention and protection measures are envisaged, these will be presented in the operating report.
On the basis of the information compiled in the previous chapters (analysis of operation, analysis of effects and analysis of performance with regard to BAT) and the conclusions, we ask you to list and characterize the additional measures envisaged to eliminate, limit and compensate for the plant's disadvantages, together with an estimate of the associated expenditure, particularly in terms of emission reduction and rational energy use conditions.
