2. Introducing yourself at the CoDERST meeting

The CoDERST secretariat is provided by the ARS Environmental Health Department, which has indicated the date, time and place of the meeting on your invitation. In principle, there is one CoDERST meeting per month in each department, lasting half a day. Depending on the department, the various people involved may all be convened at the same time, or at quarter-hourly intervals.

2.1 Sign up on the register

Having accepted the invitation, you take a seat in the waiting room. In general, there is a sign-in register, in which the people who come in must sign in (names, companies involved, functions, signatures). This register is used to check that the person in question is the petitioner, or someone he or she has authorized by letter to represent him or her....
