4.1 Avoid being allusive or hesitant
Remember, the purpose of the invitation to CoDERST is to give you the opportunity to be heard. It is therefore important to be concise and convincing in your speech. To this end, you should avoid :
failing to show up for an invitation without first apologizing;
request the removal of prescriptions made mandatory by ministerial texts;
to launch into descriptions or details not explicitly requested by a member ;
blackmail employees in the event of difficulties in complying with imposed requirements;
be represented solely by a person (or persons) from outside your establishment,...
