4. Mistakes to avoid

4.1 Do not use different data from those submitted with your annual declarations.

Your operating report is a summary of data relating to the operation of the site over the last ten years. It is not a question of reinventing the data or establishing new ones. As part of the operation of an ICPE, certain annual declarations are mandatory (waste reports, atmospheric emission measurement campaigns, noise measurements, energy reports, etc.). These data, which are transmitted to the Classified Installations Inspectorate, will be used in the analysis of your operating report. Data that differs from that submitted during the ten-year period in question could raise questions and lead to requests for further information.
