A review dossier is not simply a compilation of the data available on the site. It is a summary of data relating to the operation of the site over the last ten years, and an assessment of whether its operation has had no impact on the environment. Don't forget that this document also enables the prefect to review the prefectoral decree and assess whether it is still relevant in the light of operating conditions and regulatory obligations.
