3.1 Watch for the publication of the Conclusions on BAT

As of January 7, 2014, publication of the BAT Conclusions will trigger the obligation to review permit conditions, as required by the IED regulations (see Understanding the IPPC and IED regulations and how they relate to the ICPE regulations [FIC 1105] ). There are currently four documents of this type: steelworks, cement-lime-magnesia production, glassworks and tanneries.
